Beschreibung My curiosity has led me on an adventurous and unconventional life path. My entry into the working world began at the age of 10, when I sanded rust off old rims in my father's auto repair shop in order to supplement my pocket money. So I was raised with a healthy work ethic, which has served me well throughout my life and in a variety of occupations. In my teens, I started working in theater, film and television as a career jumper, which was to become my first full-time profession. In 2008, I won the Bavarian Theater Days Sponsorship Award with the Mainfranken Theater Würzburg, and thereafter successfully completed my subsequent formal acting studies in Berlin in 2013 with the state exam. In parallel, I underwent training to become a 1st Dan black belt in traditional Taekwondo, passing the exam in Egypt in 2010, and began my teaching career at special needs schools. As a practitioner and teacher, I currently hold the black belt 2nd Dan and since 2019 I am the German Champion Ilbo Taeryon in the Fehrer Taekwondo System. After graduation, just gotten hungry by the valuable knowledge I had learned, I completed the one-year program in Meisner Technique and spent the next years with extensive education, training and exploration in the broader field of performance, psychology and personal development. Everything that makes up, drives, blocks and moves human beings, needed to be explored. As far as time allows, I still work as a professional filmmaker and my field of expertise has expanded to include the trades of production, directing and writing. This activity takes me on journeys from Western Europe to North America and the Middle East, allowing me to have experiences and encounters that have only become accessible to me through this unconventional way of life. I spend my vacations every year as an accredited filmmaker at the Cannes Film Festival, where professional and private connections have now become interwoven for me. A significant turning point came for me in 2016, on the set of a major German Television series. I had achieved my self-imposed goals in acting and was satisfied both artistically and monetarily, but the deeper sense fulfillment did not materialize. After some introspection, it became clear to me that it was not to be found solely in the entertainment industry and that my life's journey up to that point had not really been about my career as an actor, but about the personal development and professional skills that I had been allowed to go through and acquire along the way. The vision began to unfold of applying the complex knowledge I had acquired in a more meaningful way to the civilian sector, both for the personal development of people and for the development of companies in the free economy. This was followed by further training in marketing and sales, including as a certified Knowledge Broker by Tony Robbins & Dean Graziosi, as well as various activities in different industries such as real estate, education, gastronomy and technology. Also in 2016, I started working with System Constellations, first in creative and corporate contexts, then in personal application. In 2020 followed the encounter with the company "Team Benedikt", in the context of a cooperation for seminars on Competent Performance, Self-Leadership and Potential Development. There I underwent the DGfS-certified training as a Systemic Consultant and since then I have regularly continued my education with recognized greats of Constellation Work such as Dr. Helmut Maier, Hubertus Spieler or Dr. Albrecht Mahr. In 2023 I founded the company "Menschenfischer", which I run together with my partner Eva. After 7 years of preparation, this is the realization of my vision, which was began unfolding in 2016, to launch a company for the development of people and organizations, in which I can apply the skills and experience acquired for over 20 years of an intensive professional and personal life. ... My personal basic values are Love, Truth and Freedom. Originally trained in the arts, it is normal for me to be able to stand outside the socio-economic hierarchies as an observer and planeswalker and to view them objectively, as well as to move up and down within them as needed, speaking the respective languages and cultures of the people who live there. I feel equally at home among the rich and beautiful on the yachts of the top 0.1%, as I do among street vendors of small villages in northern Iran or homeless people on Skid Row in downtown Los Angeles. From the perspective of a "Menschenfischer" (fisher of people), people are always people. Our abilities, positions and incomes are different, but what drives and moves us in our innermost being is always the same in its essence. My strength is therefore my unusually broad spectrum of experience through practical immersion in different worlds. Through my life's journey, it is as natural for me to network on the rooftop terrace of the Ritz-Carlton with champagne in my glass, as it is to teach business leaders in a taekwondo suit, or to clean vacation homes with a toilet brush in hand. Earning four-figure hourly rates is as familiar to me as working for minimum wage. I draw from this wealth of experience especially in my work with organizations, which come into their best, harmonious efficiency exactly when the Systemic Facilitator can view, understand and integrate all its parts from the management level to the janitor, as the natural systemic order requires. A system always functions as a whole of all elements involved. We work judgment-free and our focus is exclusively on the solution of our client's concern.

Beschreibung My ambition and upbringing have led me on a straightforward life path. In 2008, I graduated with a degree in business administration, specializing in human resources management and corporate development. After graduation, I immediately joined S. Oliver as Controller for Planning & Allocation. However, life promptly tested my planning flexibility and sent me a wonderful gift - the birth of my daughter at the beginning of 2010. Due to the new role as a mom, my organizational and empathic skills grew rapidly and gave greatest motivation to develop my personality. After a one-year baby break, I chose for my next career step a job as a project manager for digital & print media in the advertising industry. Organization and flexibility as a team leader and single mother complemented each other in my private life and my professional activities. I managed Gardeur, Weissenhorner, Drykorn and Riani, among others, and immediately won several awards for them with my work and my team, including the Red Dot Award, German Design Award and Annual Multimedia Award. I quickly reached the step of senior project manager and continued my work for Porsche, Audi and the commercial vehicle fleet of the Volkswagen Group, as well as for clients such as Linde Material Handling, Eisos of the Würth Group and the Diocese of Würzburg. Working for the diocese brought a significant turnaround for me in 2018. After many years of successful work for large corporations combined with a structured private life with my daughter, I realized that something was missing with me: the deeper meaning, the joy and the closeness to people, in addition to good sales. I wanted to give something back. Turning to these components, I finally arrived at the company "Team Benedikt" in Würzburg, which already offers value-oriented executive coaching and corporate development, lives it itself and thus combines extremely successful with purpose-driven business. Here I accepted the position as marketing manager and office manager and at the same time completed the training as a Systemic Consultant. In order to deal responsibly with the concerns of my clients, I also passed the examination to become a non-medical practitioner for psychotherapy in 2023 and am constantly expanding my competencies in this field through further training in order to additionally offer short-term therapies for adjustment disorders and for disease prevention. Convinced of Florian's competence and his life path, which is so opposite to mine, I won him over for a cooperation with Team Benedikt and the idea of a common business future. On a private level, we multiplied our happiness in 2023 with the birth of our son. Together, we run the company "Menschenfischer" and are gradually expanding our own young vision of a company that generates the greatest possible added value for our clients through the synergy of two worlds and thus fulfills my dream of meaningful service to people, successful life and business. In the realization of this dream and our so different ways we now inspire and develop other people and companies through our work. ... My personal core values are Justice, Connectedness and Trust.
